Why ride with Razzo

You decide when to work and what to take. Nothing about a job is a surprise once you have accepted it.

Work when you want

No shifts and no minimum hours. Switch yourself online for an afternoon or a full week, and nobody is counting the days you do not.

The job before you accept

Every job arrives with the pickup, the drop-off and what the customer is paying, so you can judge whether it is worth the ride before you commit.

Earnings

Paid at the door, tracked in the app.

Customers pay you directly when you hand the parcel over, so you are holding the money the same day. Razzo's commission comes out of your wallet rather than the fare in your hand.

Same day

No waiting for a payout

The fare is yours at the door. There is no weekly cycle to wait through before you see it.

Nothing hidden

Commission itemised after

The earnings screen lists what you took and what was deducted, job by job, so the numbers always add up at the end of the day.

How to register

Four steps in the app. Have your ID and your number plate with you before you start, and it takes a few minutes.

  1. Start here

    Register with your phone

Download Razzo Rider and enter your number. We send a code by SMS to confirm it is you, then you add your name, email and a photo.

  2. Prove who you are

    Photograph your licence

Photograph the front and back of your driver's licence. Make sure both are sharp and the whole document is in frame, or it will come back for another go.

  3. Show your bike

Add your Ghana Card and plate

Photograph your Ghana Card and enter your number plate. You need a licence or a Ghana Card to be approved, and having both moves it along faster.

  4. Take your first job

    Go online and start

Our team reviews what you sent. Once you are approved, open the app, switch yourself online and jobs start reaching you.

What you need

  • A motorbike you can ride for work
  • A valid driver's licence or Ghana Card, photographed front and back. Both is better
  • A photo of yourself for your rider profile
  • The permits and insurance the rider terms require you to keep current
  • Your number plate
  • A smartphone that can run the Razzo Rider app

Okada

Carry passengers and earn more per trip.

Once you are delivering, you can apply to carry passengers as well. Okada requests then reach you alongside parcels, and they usually pay more for the same distance.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to ride with Razzo?

A motorbike, a smartphone, your number plate, a photo of yourself, and at least one government ID: a valid driver's licence or a valid Ghana Card. You photograph them in the app during registration, and sending both is quicker than sending one.

How much can I earn?

It depends on how many hours you work and how busy your area is. Every job shows the fare before you accept it, and the app keeps a running total for the day and the week, with commission shown separately so you always know what is yours.

When do I get paid?

Customers pay you directly at the door, so you are holding your earnings the same day. Razzo's commission comes out of your wallet, not out of the fare in your hand.

Do I have to work set hours?

No. There are no shifts and no minimum hours. You go online when you want work and offline when you are done. Turning down a job costs you nothing directly, though riders who accept more of what they are offered do get offered more.

How long does approval take?

Our team reviews documents by hand and works through them oldest first. If something is unclear in a photo we will ask for it again, so take the pictures in good light with the whole document in frame.

Can I carry passengers as well as parcels?

Yes. Passenger rides are a separate setting you switch on in the app, and Okada requests only reach riders who have turned it on. Your documents still have to be approved first, the same as for parcels.

Do I need money in my wallet to start?

Not to get started. Commission builds up in your wallet as you complete jobs, and you top it up as you go rather than paying anything before your first delivery. Keep the wallet from running too far behind, because the app will ask you to top up before it lets you carry on.

What if I have a problem during a delivery?

Every job has the customer's contact in the app, and support is reachable from inside it. For anything urgent, message the support team on WhatsApp.
