We collect different types of information depending on whether you are a Customer, Rider, or Administrator.

1.1 Personal Information

Information that can identify you directly or indirectly, including:

Full name Phone number Email address Profile photo (optional) Date of birth (Riders only, where required) Government-issued ID (Riders only, for verification) Vehicle details (Riders only)

1.2 Location Information

Real-time GPS location while a delivery is active Pickup and drop-off locations Route and trip distance Location data used for safety, pricing, matching, and delivery tracking

Razzo only tracks location when the app is active or when a delivery is in progress.

1.3 Transaction & Delivery Information

Delivery requests and history Pickup and drop-off details Delivery timestamps Fees, commissions, and payment status Ratings and feedback

1.4 Payment Information

Payment method type (mobile money, card, wallet) Transaction references Billing history

Note: Razzo does not store full card or sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.

1.5 Device & Technical Information

Device type and model Operating system and app version IP address Crash logs and diagnostics App usage data

1.6 Communications

Messages between customers and riders Support requests Emails, SMS, and in-app notifications

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Razzo Services Match customers with nearby riders Process and complete deliveries Calculate pricing, fees, and rider earnings Enable real-time tracking and delivery updates Communicate service-related messages Provide customer support Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or safety incidents Comply with legal and regulatory obligations Improve app performance, features, and user experience

3. Location Data Usage

Location data is critical to how Razzo works. We use it to:

Find nearby riders Optimize routes Provide live tracking Improve safety and dispute resolution

You can disable location access, but doing so may limit or prevent the use of certain features.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following situations:

4.1 Between Users

Customers share limited information (name, pickup/drop-off location, contact number) with Riders for delivery completion. Riders share limited information (name, photo, vehicle details, live location) with Customers.

4.2 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third parties who help us operate the service, such as:

Payment processors Cloud hosting providers Analytics and monitoring services SMS and notification providers

These partners are contractually required to protect your data.

4.3 Legal & Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if required to:

Comply with laws, regulations, or court orders Protect the rights, safety, and property of Razzo, users, or the public Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents

4.4 Business Transfers

If Razzo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to:

Provide the Services Meet legal, regulatory, and accounting requirements Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Razzo uses industry-standard security measures, including:

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) Secure servers and access controls Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis Regular monitoring and system updates

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Razzo is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child's data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Razzo app may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in compliance with applicable laws.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:
